Fay Kinmon Dillard, Jr., 91, of Groves, Texas, passed away May 5, 2016.

He was born January 22, 1925 in Ardmore, Oklahoma to the late Fay Kinmon Dillard, Sr. and Deanie M. Campbell Dillard.

Fay is a WWII Veteran, having served in the United States Army and a member of VFW Post 4820. He worked as an Head Operator with Neches Butane/Texaco and retired with 30 years of service. Fay volunteered his time with the Boy Scouts of America holding a ranking of Life Scout. He was also a Scout Master of Troop 111 and part of the Order of The Arrow.

Fay is survived by his daughters, Nancy LeBlanc and wife, Mary, Linda Koetter, Judy Gennusa and Shana Hurd; brother, Harold Dillard and wife, Martha; eight grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; and his loving nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Fay is preceded in death by son, Mark K. Dillard; his sister, Aline Dillard; his grandsons, Jimmy B. Hightower and Justin P. Gennusa; great-granddaughter, Ciana S. Gennusa.

Interment: Oak Bluff Memorial Park, Port Neches, Texas
