She worked many years at Lacy's Grocery Store in Meadowbrook and recently operated the Dairy Bell Restaurant in Charleston. Over the years, she raised, fed, and took care of many children and adults while sacrificing herself. That was the kind of remarkable person she was, always giving.
Service will be 11 a.m. on Thursday, July 14, at the Hafer Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Bryant Krepps officiating. Burial will be at Elk Hills Memorial Park, Big Chimney.
Hafer Funeral Home, Elkview is in charge of arrangements.
