Dominick S. Lamandre, Sr. passed away on Wednesday, May 4, 2016, at the age of 73.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Antoinette R. Orlando Lamandre Santangelo and Dominick Bartholomew Lamandre. Dominick was married to Charlotte Michot Lamandre Carrigee. Father of Dominick S. Lamandre, Jr. (Laura), Christi M. Lamandre (Roxanne), Charles M. Lamandre and Lawrence A. Lamandre (Shana). Grandfather of Courtney Pinac Farrington, Dylan M. McCaffery and Molly C. McCaffery. Brother of Stephanie Tufaro. Longtime companion of Madaleen DeArmas and lifetime friend of Nolan LeBlanc.

Dominick was a member of the Carpenters Union. His love for his family and fishing is what made him happy. He will be greatly missed by his loving family and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Greenwood Funeral Home, 5200 Canal Blvd., New Orleans, on Friday, May 6, 2016, starting at 10:00 AM, followed by a Memorial Mass in the Chapel at 12:00 PM. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.
