FARMLAND - Larry Duanne Wolf, 69, of Farmland, IN passed away Monday, May 2, 2016 at his home, with loving family by his side.

He was born May 11, 1946 in Winchester, IN the son of Lawrence and Edith Mae (Warren) Wolf. He was a 1964 graduate of Monroe Central High School. He honorably served in the US National Guard.

Larry retired in 1994 after thirty years with Delco Battery, as a forklift operator. He was a member of the Farmland Masonic Lodge F&M 308, the Scottish Rite, Farmland Volunteer Fire Department and Farmland American Legion. He enjoyed spending his leisure time at his grandchildren's sporting events.

He leaves to cherish his memory a loving wife of forty-nine years, Carol (Ford) Wolf; two children, Richard "Rick" Wolf (wife, Kathy) of Muncie, IN and Dawn Willen (husband, Jeff) of Farmland, IN; a very special nephew, Robert Ford of Farmland, IN, but honorably serving and stationed in Azores, Portugal; a brother, John Wolf (wife, Sara) of Farmland, IN; four grandchildren, Katrina Fowler (husband, Jason), Lawrence Wolf, Jordan and Paige Willen; three great grandchildren, Eli, Noah and Levi; mother-in-law, Sarah Ford of Muncie, IN ; sisters-in-law, Barbara Arthur (husband, Tony) of Parker City, IN and Jill Parkison (husband, Mark) of Muncie, IN; an aunt, Donna Wolf of Marion, IN; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother-in-law, Mike Ford.

A service to celebrate Larry's life will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, May 7, 2016 at Thornburg Memorial Chapel of Parker City, IN. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery of Maxville, IN.

Family and friends may gather to share and remember from 4-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home with a Masonic service at 7:30 p.m.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Farmland Volunteer Fire Department.
