A son of George and Margaret (Moore) Myers, William H. Myers married Elizabeth Annis in 1846. The couple were parents of ten children and lived near Harris City, Decatur Co., IN until purchasing a farm near Horace, IN. After 1880, the Myers migrated to KS for some years, returning to Decatur Co. shortly before their deaths.
