EARNEST CHARLES COLLINSWORTH
Nov. 12, 1928-July 5, 1995
Earnest Charles Collinsworth, 66, Granby died at St. John's Hospital, Joplin, after a short illness.
Mr. Collinsworth was born November 12, 1928 in Granby to Milton E. Collinsworth and Roma (Thomas) Collinsworth and had lived here all of his life. He was a carpenter for the former Frisco Railroad and a member of the Granby Miracle Church. He married Gladys Haff in 1949. She survives.
Additional survivors include two daughters, Linda Dell and Sandra McQuire, both of Granby; three brothers, Willard Collinsworth, ID.; and William and Charles Collinsworth, both of Granby; a sister, Lucretia Morrison, Marionville; six grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by an infant son, his parents, a granddaughter, and several siblings.
Services were held Monday with the Rev. Wayne Brust officiating. Burial was in Granby Memorial Cemetery, Granby.
Pallbearers were Jack Collinsworth, Larry Collinsworth, Randy Collinsworth, Allen Collinsworth, Charles Collinsworth, and Carl Stewart.
