Mrs. Rosie B. Stone, 87, of Third Street, Boiling Springs, died Tuesday at her home.
She was born Sept. 4, 1885, the daughter of the late Abraham and Sarah Koch Mentzer and the widow of Harvey P. Stone.
She was a member of the St. John's Lutheran Church, the Ladies Auxiliary of the Boiling Springs Fire Company and the Royal Neighbors of America.
Surviving are 4 grandchildren, Wayne A. Stone, Boiling Springs, Carl Meredith, RD1 Boiling Springs; William Meredith, Camp Hill; and Mrs. Dorothy Dromgold, Doylestown and 9 great-grandchildren.
The funeral service will be held at 10:30 Friday from the Hoffman Funeral Home, 219 N. Hanover St., with the Rev. Sterlin S. Sheaffer officiating. Burial will be in Kutz's Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Thursday evening from 7 to 8.
