Mr. Harold Ramsey, 59, of Cleveland, Tenn., passed away Tuesday, Oct. 21, 2014, at Memorial Hospital.
He was born Oct. 13, 1955, to the late John and Minnie Bell O'Neal Ramsey; was a member of C.H. Ellison Outreach Church of God; and was preceded in death by two sisters, two brothers and a stepson, Jerry DeGleann Pitner.
He is survived by his wife, Bennette Pitner Ramsey; three stepchildren, Benita (Ricky) Moore of Chattanooga, Robert (Lakedra) Pitner of Cleveland, Tenn., and Ronald Pitner of Charleston, S.C.; 10 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two brothers, Harry Ramsey and Donald Ramsey of Cleveland, Ohio; three sisters, Pearl (Carlton) Finley of Cleveland, Ohio, Dora (the Rev. John) Hall and Gail (Henry) Hall of Chatsworth; brother-in-law, Jimmy Edmond of Alabama; a host of other sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Homegoing service is today at 1 p. m. in the chapel with the Rev. John Hall and other ministers officiating.
Interment will be in Center Valley Cemetery.
