YORK Sheryl A. Boone, 54, died on Sunday, December 25, 2011, at 8:45 a.m. at Memorial Hospital. She was the companion of Ranz D. West, Sr. There will be no viewing. Following cremation with Workinger-Semmel F.H. & Crematorium, Inc., York, burial will be at the convenience of the family. Sheryl was born June 1, 1957, in Chicago, Ill., and was the daughter of Anna Mae (Kooyenga) Armand of Dover and the late Frank Armand. She was a teacher's aide with the York City School District and a York City park counselor. Sheryl is survived by her mother; companion; a daughter, Allyson T. Botterbusch of York; five stepdaughters, Latia Tyler, Jahlea West, Akosha West, Zionne West and Samaiyah West, all of York; four stepsons, Ranz West, Jr., Nashaan West, Israel West and Aram West all of York; 14 step grandchildren; a sister, Sandra Swalm of Dallas, Ga.; and a brother, Frank Armand III of York.
