Lyle A. (Pat) Wells, 52, of 1813-19th St., Two Rivers, died late Monday afternoon at home.

Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church, Two Rivers, the Rev. Edward Stelter officiating. Burial will be in Forest View Cemetery.

Mr. Wells was born June 17, 1920, at Two Rivers, son of the late Jan and Louise Hupke Wells. He was a veteran of World War II and was affiliated with Robert E. Burns Post No. 165, American Legion. He married Gertrude Wanden July 13, 1946, at Rhinelander. The couple came to Two Rivers in 1959, where Mr. Wells was employed at Hamilton Mfg. Co.

Besides his wife and mother of Algoma, he leaves two daughters, Mrs. William (Judy) Tadych and Miss Evelyn of Two Rivers; three sisters, Mrs. Stewart Hagen, of Two Rivers, Mrs. Tony Peserik, of Manitowoc and Mrs. Earl Siebert, of Green Bay; two brothers, Gordon and Burton, of Kewaunee and a grandson. A daughter preceded him in death.

Friends may call at Klein & Stangel Inc., Funeral Home, Two Rivers, after 3 p.m. Wednesday and after 11 a.m. Thursday at the church.
