The trial of Dayton Clark for the murder of Walter Bradt was commenced yesterday at 2 o'clock. A jury was selected without much trouble. After the jury was sworn the attorney for the prosecution opened the case. The prosecution examined all the state's witnesses and rested. Johnson, attorney for defendant, has 2 more witnesses to examine. The defense is insanity. The case is expected to go to the jury sometime today.
