Appalachia, VA Jerry Lee Pearson, Jr., 60, passed away Friday (April 29, 2016).
He had worked in construction as a concrete finisher. He was of the Holiness faith and had been a member of the Virginia National Guard.
Jerry was preceded in death by his father, Jerry Pearson, Sr.; his mother, Helen Delph and his brother Gary Daniel Pearson.
He is survived by two sons, Mark Dishner of Tennessee and Tony Pearson of West Virginia; two daughters, Rebecca Anderson of Maryland and Windy Mims of Maryland; one brother, Ernie Delph (Charlene) of Big Stone Gap, VA and two sisters, Debbie Stidham (Jessee) of Appalachia, VA, and Lisa Ward (Rick) of Norton, VA. He is also survived by a nephew, Joseph Delph (Ashley); a niece, Jessica Ward.
A celebration of life service will follow at 7:00 pm in the chapel of the funeral home with Evangelist Ernie Delph officiating.
Graveside services will be private.
