Married Grace Lucille Millward June 24, 1903, Salt Lake LDS Temple; she died September 2, 1962. Married Hermoine Whitney March 2, 1964, Salt Lake LDS Temple. Rancher. Survivors: widow; sons, daughters, William M., St. Anthony, Idaho; Lionel J., Afton, Wyo.; Jack A. Lakewood, Calif.; Pershing M., Molalla, Ore.; Mrs. Elwood (Grace) Johnson, Long Beach, Calif.; Mrs. Betty Jane Carlston, Huntington Beach, Calif.; Mrs. Dale (Carol) Fisher, Mrs. Don K. (Iva Lu) Richards, both Salt Lake City; 30 grandchildren; 44 great-grandchildren. Funeral Wednesday 2 p.m., Grant 10th LDS Ward chapel, 601 Mansfield Ave. Friends call 5850-9th East, Tuesday 6-8 p.m., Wednesday at the ward chapel one hour prior to services. Burial Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
