Jack William, of Oklahoma City, OK, passed away at 3:30 p.m., Sun., July 21, 2002. He was 84 years 10 months 7 days of age.

He was born Sept. 28, 1917, at Shawnee, OK.

He married Mildred Mae Trumbly, June 29, 1939, in Britton, OK.

His survivors are his wife, Mildred of the home; his two daughters, Martha Broome and husband, Dennis of Pearl, Mississippi, and Dorothy Ray and husband, John of Spring, Texas.

He has six grandchildren, Donna, Roger, Greg, Tony, Darin, & Rhonda.

He has 15 great grandchildren, Randi, Misti, Jeremy, Chris, Blake, Rachel, Sarah, John Mark, Jonathan, Justin, Jacob, Jeremy, Brianna, Andrew, & Brooklyn; & 2 great great grandchildren, Noah & Ethan; and several nieces and nephews and a host of friends.

Jack Beaver was from a family of 15. He had 9 sisters and 3 brothers who preceded him in death.

Jack was an ordained minister in the 'Church of God.'. His ministry began in 1961 and served as pastor for 20 years and also District Overseer in Broken Bow, Oklahoma. He pastored the Broken Bow Church of God since coming to McCurtain County in 1972.

Due to illness, he resigned the church in 1983, but continued preaching until his passing.

He moved back to Oklahoma City in 1990.

He is now a member of the Southeast 'Church of God' in Oklahoma City.

Services will be held 10:00 a.m., Thursday, July 25, 2002, at Southern Hills Church of God.
