Parks, Edward L. passed this morning in his sleep into the arms of the Lord, Tuesday, May 3, 2016. Loving husband of Doris Parks (nee: Palm). Dear father of Carol Parks and Richard (Lori) Parks. Our dear uncle, great uncle, cousin and friend.
Ed Parks retired from Universal Match after 30 years of service. He was a kind hearted, good natured person. He was a graduate of the Chicago Art Institute and set a good example of the type of person we should be. We will all miss him.
A memorial gathering with full military honors will take place at a later date at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
