Loretta Green 72 of Crooked Creek Road, Peach Creek, WV was born February 21, 1944 at Peach Creek, WV a daughter of the late Jay and Gracie Smith Green. She departed this life on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at Logan Regional Medical Center at Logan, WV.
Loretta was a member of the Peach Creek Freewill Baptist Church. She was preceded in death, in addition to her parents, by her siblings, Mildred (John) Miracle, Thelma (John) Blevins, Bertha(Hugh) Workman, Robert (Della) Green, Ray (Virginia) Green, Arbra (Polly) Green, and Obra (Polly) Green.
Survivors include her siblings, Kenneth (Bessie) Green of Peach Creek, Thearmon (Fay) Green Jeffrey, WV, and Viola (Walter) Kistner of Bonifay, FL, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, great nieces, great nephews, and her dear friend, Melvena Sizemore.
Services will be 2:00 PM Saturday, April 30, 2016 at the Evans Funeral Home and Cremation Services at Chapmanville, WV with Rev. Johnny Faine officiating. Burial will follow in the Highland Memory Gardens at Godby, WV.
Pallbearers: Mark Pack, Scott Pack, Willie Pack, Misty Marcum, David Blevins, and Dougie Conley.
Honorary Pallbearers: Kenneth Green, Thearmon Green, and Kenneth Ray Green.
