Timothy Neil “Moose” Pearce, 57, died Monday. A native of Wake County, he is the son of Elizabeth Ihrie Pearce and the late James Leamon Pearce. Tim served as a firefighter with the City of Raleigh and retired after 31 years of service.
Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Friday at The Capital Church. Burial will follow at Montlawn Memorial Park.
Survivors include his wife , Lisa Spivey Pearce; son, Hunter Pearce and wife, Kristen of Raleigh; mother, Elizabeth Pearce; grandson, Liam Pearce; sisters, Patricia Pressley and husband, Tim of Chapel Hill and Bonnie Russ and husband, Mike of Durham; brother, Donnie Pearce and wife, Tammy of Clayton, as well as a large extended family.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Hannah Victoria Pearce.
