A celebration of Hope, Remembrance and Resurrection for Henrietta Miller Wheeler, age 86 of Nashville, Tn formerly of Dickson will be conducted Sunday afternoon, July 12, 2009 at 4 PM from the Chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home with the Rev. Allen Wheeler officiating. Visitation with the family will begin Sunday at 2 PM til time of service. Those desiring, Memorials may be made to the Art Dept. of the Dickson County Senior High School. Entombment will follow in the Dickson Union Cemetery Mausoleum. Services under the direction of the Taylor Funeral Home.

Mrs. Wheeler, a loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother and homemaker, died July 8, 2009 at St. Thomas Hospital after a brief illness. She was a most talented artist who loved to create with her hands and imagination. She was born in Dickson and was the daughter of the late Hubert Miller and the late Beulah Mullins Miller. She was a 1941 graduate of Dickson High School. A lifetime member of the Methodist church.

She was the wife for 66 years to retired Captain for the Metro Fire Dept. # 20 firestation in Nashville, William B. (Bill) Wheeler of Nashville, Tn She was the Mother of Diane Wheeler Sylvis of Brentwood, and Melanie Wheeler Arnold of L.A. CA and Grandmother of Michael L. Sylvis of Nashville and Great Grandmother of Hudson William Sylvis.
