Charlotte (Carlota) was a talented singer, musician and artist(Muralist). She was very active in the community, helped with AIDS patients, Social Worker, Woman's Rights, Chicano rights and helped in the fight for Chicano Park.She was so much more than that, she was from Logan Heights then moved to National City when she was 16. Went to San Diego High School, San Diego City College, San Diego State University. There a memorial to her in the new Library at SDSU.She is missed so much and she gave so much of herself to helping others, to enlighten others.She was true ANGEL sent from Heaven. We love and miss you so much Mom, you were our everything and you sacrificed a lot for your girls! We will be with you soon, Mom.And I know that you are looking down on us from Heaven.
