Delmar was born on the farm upon which he lived his first 23 years. He attended a one room school, then one year Cathedral High School. After serving military in Korea, he returned to Belleville where he married Marilyn and raised a family of five. He worked 25 years at factory in Madison before he became an entrepreneur his last years. Died peacefully at Sycamore Village, Apr2016.
