KENNETH FRANK 'KEN' MCCLAIN

YOUNGSTOWN – Kenneth Frank “Ken” McClain, 61, went to be with the Lord on Sunday morning, April 24, 2016, with his family by his side.

Ken will always be remembered and loved by his family and friends for his strong faith in his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

He was born Aug. 11, 1954, in Uniontown, Pa., the son of Kenneth Craft and Agnes Ann (Rogers) McClain, and moved to Ohio as a young child.

Ken was a graduate of Warren G. Harding High School and then was employed with Conrail Railroad as a tracks man for more than 23 years. Ken enjoyed cooking and grilling and loved the outdoors, where he fished and hunted, but he especially enjoyed spending time with his family and children. They have so many great memories of the times that they spent at the parks, fairs and festivals.

He had a passion for riding motorcycles, especially his Harley-Davidson. Ken also enjoyed working as a mechanic, on cars and motorcycles, for a hobby and was so proud of his 1923 Ford Model T.

Ken leaves behind to hold onto his memories, his father, Kenneth Craft McClain of Gettsyburg, S.D.; his children, Kenneth Clarence “Kenny” McClain of Niles, Kyle McClain of Warren, Travis and Jessica McClain of Greenville, Pa., and Theodore Sulich of Warren; two grandchildren, Mia and Cora; three sisters, Nancy Scofield of Ravenna, Diane (Steve) Clifford of Gettysburg, S.D., and Carrie McClain of Brookings, S.D.; three nephews; a niece; a grandniece; and a grandnephew.

Ken was preceded in death by his mother, Agnes Ann McClain.

Per Ken’s request, a caring cremation has taken place and no calling hours or services will be held.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the professional care of the Rossi & Santucci Funeral Home, 4700 Market St., Boardman.
