Survivors include his wife, Mae Edwards; four sons: Larry Edwards of Huntsville, Ala.; Roy Dean Edwards of Cooter, Mo.; Ronnie Edwards of Winchester; and Lonnie Dale Edwards of New Market; two daughters: Doris Hines of Owensboro, Ky.; and Margaret Edwards of New Market; five sisters: Bess Sprayberry of Gadsden, Ala.; Bertha Vihne and Janie Ricketts, both of New Market; Flossie Lamb of Gurley; and Elery Story of Nashville; 15 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
