Patricia F. Box, 76, passed away Sunday, Feb. 14, 2016. Memorial service: 6 p.m. Thursday at Pleasantview Baptist Church, 4400 Pleasantview Drive, Arlington. Patricia, the oldest of six children, was born in Smackover, Ark., to Raydon and Lucille Flenniken. She grew up in Terrell, where at one time her father was a Royal Air Force pilot instructor during World War II. The family later moved to Arlington where she finished high school and met her future husband, Grady Box. Tricia and Grady were married 58 years and had two fine sons, Joel and Lynn. "Strength and dignity were her clothing and she smiled at the future; she opened her mouth in wisdom and the teaching of kindness was on her tongue." The verses of Proverbs 31 described her perfectly. Tricia also loved her church, her friends and enjoyed old-fashioned gospel music above all.
