On April 21, 2016, Randy passed from this life. Graveside services will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday, April 30, 2016 at the Bomarton Cemetery with Grady Hicks officiating. Services are under the direction of Seymour Memorial Funeral Home.
Randy was born January 3, 1958 in Martinez, California to Harvey Foster and Ida Pace Foster.
He is survived by his mother, Ida Foster Scrogum of Seymour, Texas; sisters, Amy Foster of Crowell, Texas and Pat Tidwell of Seymour, Texas; daughters, Regina and Christy; stepdaughter, Cheryl; stepson, Patrick Chapman; several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father Harvey Foster, and his brothers, Harvey Gene and Johnny.
