Justin was a vibrant young man who captured the hearts of everyone around him. He was loved dearly and taken too early at the young age of 19. I did not get to see Justin very much, but the times we did share together were always memorable. Hay rides and the bright big smile he always wore on his face will never be forgotten.
In 2015 Justin graduated from Allen County Scottsville High School in Allen county Kentucky. He also was an athlete and recieved Athlete of the Year in 2015 for participating in the Special Olymipics.

A native of Warren County, he was the son of Cheyenne Vaughn and Lola June Barber Vaughn who survive in Franklin. Justin was active in the Special Olympics and was awarded the 2015 Athlete of the Year. He was preceded in death by maternal grandfather – Douglas Ray Barber and paternal grandparents – Jesse Albert and Roberta Vaughn. In addition to his parents, he is survived by a brother – Ryan Douglas Vaughn of Franklin; step brother – Christopher (Kim) Wilson of Indiana; 1 nephew – Cameron Dewayne Vaughn of Franklin and maternal grandmother – Patsy Lane of Franklin. Visitation will begin at 2pm Monday and after 6am Tuesday at Crafton Funeral Home. Donations may be made at First Security Bank toward funeral expenses.
