Mr. Hall, an Army veteran who served from 1953 to 1955, was a 30-year member of Operating Engineers Local 545, Syracuse. He was employed by Central New York construction companies for many years. He moved from Orwell to Redfield in 1968.
He was a member of Robert Edwards American Legion Post 358, Pulaski, and Moose Lodge 901, Rome.
He was born April 14, 1935, in the town of Orwell, a son of Norman and Ella Mae Schumaker Hall.
Surviving besides his father and stepmother, Irene D. Hall, now of Pulaski, are two sons, Norman E. Jr., Pulaski, and Robert J., Redfield; a daughter, Lisa M. Babcock, Port Ontario; a brother, Raymond, Fort Pierce, Fla.; and four grandchildren. He is also survived by his estranged wife, Belva.
The funeral will be held at 10 a.m. today at Foster-Hax Funeral Home, Pulaski. Burial will be in Pulaski Cemetery.
