Kelly Gordon May, age 69, passed away Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at his residence. Kelly was born on March 11, 1947 to his parents the late James Kelly May and Verna C. May.

He was the husband of Kathy Borders May, a retired probation/parole officer for the State of Kentucky, a member of the baptist church , and he also served his country honorably in the United States Air Force. Along with his wife, Kelly is survived by two sons, Bryan Kelly (Lisa) May, Matt May, one daughter, Gina Michelle (Randy) Roberts, one sister, Betty Hylton, four grandchildren, Ishmael May, Sha Carter, Nate Roberts, Nick Roberts, one great granddaughter, Bella May, and a host of loving family and friends.

Visitation will be Thursday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Church services will be Thursday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Friday, April 29, 2016 at 1p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Bob Justice, Frank Ronnie Coleman, and Paul Huffman officiating. Burial will follow in the Annie E. Young Cemetery
