Cynthia Ryder ”Cindy” Crookshanks , 46, of 811 Oneida Trail, died Tuesday, April 26, 2016, at Lewis Gale Alleghany Hospital in Low Moor.

Cindy was born May 5, 1969, in Bath County, a daughter of Charles Ryder of Warm Springs and Mary Cauley Ryder of Covington.

She was a member of Lone Star Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her Step-mother, Sandra Ryder, of Warm Springs; her Maternal Grandmother, Frances Cauley, of Covington; three Brothers, Charles Ryder, Jr. and his wife, Tammy, and Barry Ryder and his wife, Debbie, all of Hot Springs and Toby Ryder of Lynchburg; one Step-sister, Suzanne Ostling, and her husband, Kris of Covington; one Step-brother, Eric Huffman and his wife, Crystal, of Sinking Creek, WV and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held Saturday, April 30, 2016, at 2:00 PM in the Arritt Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Donald Earwood officiating.

The interment will follow in the Warm Springs Cemetery.

The family will receive their friends Friday evening from 7:00 PM until 8:30 PM at the Arritt Funeral Home.
