Crystal Lynn Lawrence, age 40, of Hogansville, formerly of Lavonia, died Saturday, April 23, 2016 at her home.
Born July 3, 1975, in Franklin County, she was the daughter of Judy (Mullinax) Smith and the late Billy Lawrence. She was a member of Fairview Baptist Church.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her grandparents: L.B. “Speedy” Mullinax, Callie Mullinax, and Bobbie Sprouse; and aunt: Cindy Greenway.
She is survived by her mother and step-father: Judy and Terry Smith of Hogansville, daughter Emily Lawrence of Hogansville; sister and brother-in-law: Donna and Bob Cape of Martin; stepsisters: Rhonda Smith of Sharpsburg, GA and Stephanie Hart of Hartwell; several nieces and nephews, and several great nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 28, 2016 at the Lavonia Chapel of Strickland Funeral Home with Rev. Bruce Moore and Rev. Bruce McGee officiating. Burial will follow in the Lavonia City – Burgess Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. At other hours the family will be at the home of Donna and Bob Cape.
