Of Ste. Genevieve died Sunday, April 24th at St. Andrews at Francis Place in Eureka, Missouri. She was 85 years old.
She was born on May 31, 1930 in Ste. Genevieve, the daughter of Wilfred F. Chardin and Elsa M. (Karl) Chardin.
She married Charles A. Weber on September 4th, 1948.
Her parents and husband preceded her in death. Her brother, Karl Chardin, son, Dr. James F. Weber and grandson, Travis J. Donze, also preceded her in death.
She is survived by: five sons and daughters-in-law, Charles Aloysius and Cathy Weber Jr., William Joseph and Ginny Weber, David Gerard and Laurie Weber, John Thomas and Denita Weber, Mark Joseph and Norma Weber; three daughters and sons-in-law, Catherine Cecilia and Mike Donze, Joan Elise and Ed Krebel, and Anne Elizabeth and Dennis Okenfuss, and daughter-in-law Christi Weber.
She is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Janice was first and foremost a loving and dedicated wife and mother. An accomplish pianist, she served as the organist for the Church of Ste. Genevieve for many years.
She was also a member of the American Legion Auxiliary.
