Elizabeth was born in Toledo, Ohio to the late George and June (Gilbert) Skelly. Elizabeth is survived by her children: Tabatha (John Berry) of Toledo and Robert (Brandee) Tosha of Rossford; 8 grandchildren and three sisters: Terri, Sue and Patricia. She was preceded in death by her daughter Tennille; brothers: Robert, Edward and Bud; sisters: Georgia and Nancy.
She enjoyed reading the Holy Bible and ghost stories. She also loved the time she spent with her family.
