Dennis Patrick Richmond, 55, born on July 28, 1960, to the late S.W. "Pete" and Juanita Richmond in Lepanto, AR. He started his life in eternity on April 21, 2016. He leaves his wife of 27 years, Barbara Scoins Richmond, his cherished children, Phillip Thomas and Natalie Claire, his siblings, Larry Richmond (Glenda), Dorothy Hebert (Don), Ted Richmond, Paul David Richmond (Debra) and Felecia Blanton (Joe), and a host of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Donald Richmond, Kerry Richmond and Tim Richmond. Dennis earned his engineering degree at San Jacinto College. He was employed by Experitec, formerly VRC Company. During his 32 year career, he was most proud of his involvement with the Hubble Telescope. He had a servants heart and touched the lives of many people. He devoted his life to his wife and children, participating in all of their activities, supporting their interests, and contributing to their success. He was recently enamored by the baby eagles in Washington, DC, so much he followed them daily and nicknamed them Mocha and Latte. He was a member of New Hope Christian Church in Bartlett, TN. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 27 from 12-2 PM with a Celebration of Life Service to follow at 2:00 PM, all at Forest Hill Funeral Home & Memorial Park East. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be sent to Camp Conquest, PO Box 1025, Arlington, TN 38002.
