Mr. Ira J. Bittle, 83, of near Myersville, died Wednesday, Nov. 5, at Vindobona Nursing Home, Braddock Heights. Born near Myersville, the son of the late William C. and Emma K. Grossnickle Bittle. He was a member of the Grossnickle Church of the Brethren. He is survived by his wife, Mary C. Leatherman Bittle, and he was the last immediate survivor of his family.

Services will be Saturday, Nov. 8, at 2 p.m. from the Bittle Funeral Home in Myersville. Rev. McKinley Coffman will officiate. Friends may call after 1 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 6 until services Saturday, Nove. 8. Interment will be in the Grossnickle Church of the Brethren Cemetery.
