He is preceded in death by his sons Michael Sanders in 1977 and David Sanders in 1998 and a brother Robert Sanders. Mr. Sanders was a self employed painter for over 30 years. He enjoyed horse racing, the gaming room at Batavia Downs and spending time with his family.
Survived By: His wife of 55 years Evelyn (Thomas) Sanders of East Bethany, NY; sons Daniel (Judie) Sanders of Batavia, NY; James (Fay) Sanders of Batavia, NY; Thomas (Sandy) Sanders of Batavia, NY; daughters Bonnie (David) Gendron of Oakfield, NY; Linda Sanders of Sodus, NY; brothers Bernard (Debbie) Sanders of FL; Harland (Rosemary) Sanders of FL; Herman (Nancy) Sanders of FL; sisters Rosemary Harmon of FL; Beverly Moore of Batavia, NY; 14 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren along with many nieces and nephews.
