William S. Balch, of Rochester, passed away on Tuesday, October 3, 2006. William was born December 17, 1939 in Rochester, NY the son of the late Edward L. and the late Nellie (Brown) Balch, Sr. He was employed by Genesee Ford Truck, here in Rochester, NY
He is survived by:
his wife Beverly Arden Balch;
three daughters: Tammy (Kent) Lammars, Donna Lyons and Tracy;
three brothers: Roy (Diane) Balch, Dannie (Linda) Balch, Henry Balch;
Nieces, Kim (Don) Stanwix, and Tara Balch; Nephews, Matt, Tommy, and, Bill; 5 grandchildren; 1 great granddaughter; also many dear friends.
