Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 28, 2016 at the West Union Cemetery in Cleveland, Missouri. Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 27, at the Atkinson Funeral Home in Harrisonville, Missouri. Barbara was born May 11, 1943 in Belton, Missouri, the daughter of Frederick A. and Freeda Mae (Todd) Decker. She married Eddie J. Irvin on November 24, 1962 in Miami, Oklahoma. She was a homemaker. Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, and one brother, Jim Decker. She is survived by her husband, Eddie, of the home; one son, Christopher J. Irvin, Cleveland, Missouri; two daughters, Cindy Harris (Chuck) Kansas City, Kansas and Cathy J. Frazee (Ronnie) Drexel, Missouri; one brother, Mike Decker, Belton, Missouri; one sister, Judy Jedlicka (John), Kingsville, Missouri; 6 grandchildren, Justin Kircher, Randy Kircher, Christopher Kircher, Rebecca Kircher, Zachary Guernsey, and Hannah Frazee, and 5 great-grandchildren
