Clinchco, VA- Donna Lynn Barton, age 54 of Emory Drive passed away peacefully in her sleep at her home. Born in Ohio, she was a daughter of Hazel Boyd Neeley and the late Kenneth Neeley. She was a Council High School graduate and had worked at Exide Batteries, she was of the Pentecostal faith.
In addition to her mother, survivors include her husband, Dennis James Barton, her life’s devotion her children and grandchildren, a son, Shannon Neeley of Dante, and daughters, Audra and Karen Barton of Haysi and Melinda and John Lucas of Kingsport, TN, grandchildren, Kaitlyn Neeley, Dennis Neeley, Aiden Lucas, Mason Lucas, Isiah Neeley and Kenna Lynn Neeley, sisters, Trish Raines of Birchleaf, Paula Edwards of MI, Tammy Street of Lebanon and brothers, Harold Boyd of Davenport and Rick Neeley of Vansant.
Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at Haysi Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Boyd Cemetery, Davenport, VA.
