Graveside service will be Saturday for Bonnie Louise Barker, formerly of Transfer, who died at 5:14 a.m. Tuesday, July 7, 2015, in Nugent Convalescent Home, Hermitage. She was 72.
Bonnie was born Sept. 14, 1942, in Sharon, a daughter of Eleanor Horvath Moore and John A. Moore.
Mrs. Barker Bonnie graduated from Sharon High School. She was of the Catholic faith.
A homemaker, Bonnie also was an avid bowler and loved doing crafts and needlepoint. She loved to cook and bake cookies. Most of all, she loved her family members and the time she spent with them.
She will be sadly missed by: her mother, Eleanor Horvath Moore, and her daughter, Lori Morford Salance, both of Hermitage; her sons, Duane T. Morford, Canfield, Ohio; and Donald R. Morford Jr. and his wife, Cindy L., New Castle, who took care of her for the last several years and will miss her very much; her sisters, Patricia Grisdale and her husband, William, Madison, Ohio; and Mary Elaine Bell and her husband, Jesse, of Ohio; her grandchildren, Autumn Nicole Morford Lichwa and her husband, Daniel; Austin C. Morford; and Lorand N. Salance; and several nieces and nephews.
Bonnie was preceded in death by: her father; her husband, Lloyd Barker, whom she married Sept. 14, 1991, and who passed away Dec. 6, 2003; and a son, John Leroy Morford.
