Kelia was a 2003 graduate of the Greenbrier High School of Evans, GA. In 2012, she received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree from the Augusta State University in Augusta, GA. Kelia was a Registered Nurse at the Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center in Augusta, GA.
