Mrs Cecelia J Ward
Mrs Cecelia Josephine Ward, 70, widow of Peter Louis Ward, died last night at her residence, 408 Beall Street. She had been in failing health two years. A native of Cumberland, Mrs Ward was a daughter of Michael and Mary (Driscoll) Kean. She held membership in St Patrick's Catholic Church. Surviving are a son, William T Ward, Charlottesville, Va; three daughters: Mrs Virgil McClure, city; Mrs C J McCabe, Central Valley, NY and Miss M Jane Ward at home: a sister, Mrs Jennie McDonnell, Chicago and three grandchildren. Her husband died in 1940. The body is at the George Funeral Home. A requiem high mass will be celebrated Wednesday at 9 a.m. in St Patrick's Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
