Christopher Watkins, 54, Hopkinsville, died Wednesday, April 13, 2016, at his home of natural causes.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at St. John Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. N.A. Kirby officiating.
Burial will be in Cave Spring Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Thursday at the church.
Gamble Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
A native of Trigg County, he was born Sept. 28, 1961, the son of Verna Irvin Watkins, Hopkinsville, and the late Isaac Watkins Jr.
He was a member of Cave Spring Baptist Church.
In addition to his mother, survivors include his son, Christopher M. Watkins II and Cameron Merritt, both of Hopkinsville; his daughters, Ebony Green, Oak Grove, and Tara Watkins, Hopkinsville; his sister, Valerie Watkins, Hopkinsville; his brothers, Tracy M. Watkins and Jonathan C. Watkins, both of Hopkinsville, Isaac W. (Farrah) Watkins and Lionel Watkins, both of Lexington; and 13 grandchildren.
