Moses Harris, age 92, of Richmond, passed from labor to reward on Tuesday, March 21, 2006 at Henrico Doctors Hospital.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Sarah Ann Jenkins Harris; and parents, Eddie and Stella Pitt Harris.
He leaves to cherish his memory his loving, devoted daughter, Dorothy Minor; grandson, Angelo Minor; great-grandson, Lorenzo Minor III; one sister, Erma Dean Ziegler of Wilson, NC; a host of nieces and nephews, one devoted, Donnie Harris; one sister-in-law, Naomi Jenkins of Pinetops, NC; and a host of other relatives and friends, two devoted, Carolyn Coleman and Lawrence Lewis.
Remains rested at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Boulevard. After 10am Monday, March 27, 2006, remains rested in First Union Baptist Church, Pole Green Road, where funeral services were held at 11am. Rev. Dexter Cannon officiated. Interment church cemetery.
