Elizabeth Osborn was born June 8, 1800 in Green County, Kentucky to Daniel and Ann (Whitman) Osborn. She was Excommunicated from the Boiling Springs Baptist Church on Green River in August of 1821 Hart County, Kentucky for immoral and unchristian like conduct. (More than likely she is the mother of William and he was born out of wedlock since he was born in Nov she would have started showing in August.) Elizabeth married Garry Morris in 1825 in Hart County, Kentucky. In 1830 they are living at Morgan County, Indiana, 1840 residence is Otter Creek, Vigo County, Indiana, and 1850 residence is Tazewell County, Illinois with son William but Garry is not on the census with them so he died between 1840 and 1850. Elizabeth is not on the 1860 census with son William so probably died before 1860 in Tazewell County, Illinois or possibly in Jasper County, Missouri where William moved to before 1860.
