Vivian C. Yemm, age 77, of Peoria, formerly of East Peoria, passed away Thursday April 21, 2016 at 8:40 a.m. at her residence.
She was born Nov. 17, 1938 in Pomona, MO to Charles and Izora (Kirkland) O’Dell. She married William “Bill” Yemm on March 8, 1958 in Peoria. He survives along with one daughter, Rhonda Yemm of Peoria, two granddogs: Rascal and Peanut, one sister-in-law, Emmie O’Dell of Florida, nephews: Eldon Brotherton of East Peoria, Don (Susan) Charles of Mountain View, MO, along with several other nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, five sisters and one brother.
Vivian was an Antique Dealer with her husband for over 30 years. She attended Bethany Baptist Church in Peoria, enjoyed working with her flowers, taking care of her home, and playing with her granddogs.
Funeral services will be Thursday April 28, 2016 at 11 a.m. at the Remmert Funeral Home in East Peoria. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services.
Burial will be in Swan Lake Memory Gardens in Peoria.
