Survivors include his wife, Dena E. Deppe,Leesburg; two sons, Norman G. Deppe Jr. of Kansas City, Mo., and Terry D. Deppe of San Antonio, Texas; two daughters, Sandra Dougherty of Kansas City and Judy Guiffrida of St. Louis; a sister, Virginia Bailey of Belleville, Ill; 10 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
