Johnathon P. Hess, age 26 passed away suddenly, April 13, 2016 in Temple, Texas. Johnathon was born February 2, 1990, in Battle Creek, the son of the late, Phillip Lee and Nellie Leone Drayton Hess. Johnathon was a graduate of Delton High School, class of 2008. A veteran, Johnathon proudly served his country in the US Army. Johnathon was a supervisor of a construction company, and a member of Hickory Corners Bible Church. Johnathon loved fishing. He is survived by his grandparents, who raised him, Larry and Kathy Burdick, John and Charlene Drayton, his son, Legend Leone Hess, his fiancée, Lexie Turner, his half-sister, Ashley Hess Mann aunts, Denice Wilder, and Debbie Drayton, and several cousins. Jonathon's family will receive friends, Friday, 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Williams-Gores Funeral Home, Delton. Funeral Services will be conducted, Saturday, April 23, 2016, 11:00 AM, at Hickory Corners Bible Church, Pastor Jeff Worden, officiating. Burial will take place in East Hickory Corners Cemetery.
