Kimberly Marie Frazier, age 51, of Meadow Lane Loop, Bluefield, WV, formerly of Northfork, died on Thursday, April 21, 2016 at Lewis-Gale Medical Center in Salem, VA.
Kimberly was born on February 08, 1965 in Bluefield, WV to Norma Perkins Shrader of Montcalm, West Virginia and the late Jimmie Shrader. She had been a resident of Bluefield for the past two years. Kimberly was a member of the Rolfe Pentecostal of Holiness Church in Northfork, West Virginia.
In addition to her father she was preceded in death by an infant daughter Kayla Marie Frazier and one sister Sherrie Shrader.

Funeral service will be held on Sunday, April 24, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell, WV with Pastor Joey Proffitt assisted by Pastor Mack Riggins officiating the service. Burial will follow at Belcher Cemetery in Coaldale, WV.
