Mrs. Joe Collins
Mrs. Sue Collins, aged 45 years, wife of Mr. Joe Collins, died at the home of her brother, Mr. O. D. Floyd, at Spyker, on Tuesday, June 9, at 5:00 p.m.
The funeral took place at Bartholomew Cemetery at Plantersville on Tuesday afternoon and was attended by a large number of friends in Bastrop and elsewhere.
Deceased was the daughter of Mr. Stephen Marion Floyd of the seventh ward and is survived by her father, husband and three daughters, Miss Sybil Barron, Joe Hazel Collins and an infant and two brothers, Messers, O. D. and O. C. Floyd.
The funeral services were conducted by Rev. H. M. Bennett of the Bastrop Baptist Church.
