Violet Avenell Flannery Kiser, 89, passed away Saturday, April 16, 2016, at University Medical Center in Lebanon, Tennessee.

Mrs. Flannery was born on April 24, 1926, on Lost Creek in Greenup County, KY., a daughter of the late Fred and Beulah Felty.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husbands Allie Milt Flannery and Richard Kiser, one sister, Marie McGlone, two brother,s Heber Felty and Charles Felty, one step-daughter, Diane Kiser

She is survived by one son, Carlos and Frances Flannery of Lebanon, TN., two grandsons, Steven Flanney of Lebanon, TN., Scott Flannery of Hermitage, TN., one great-granddaughter, Maigain Upchurch of Lebanon, TN., one step-son, Gary and Digna Kiser of Jamestown, OH., two step-daughters, Shelia and Dave Hill of Ashland, KY., Sharon Wilburn of Ashland, KY., ten step-grandchildren, two sisters, Loretta and Curt LeMaster of Grayson, KY., Geneva Chaffins of Little White Oak, Kentucky.

Graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 21, 2016, at Felty Cemetery on Lost Creek in Greenup, by Major Owen Gilliam.
