Funeral services for Ernest A. Peisker, 77, of 340 Third St., who died at
10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Agnes Hospital following a lingering illness,
will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Gospel Tabernacle Church, Rev.
Richard p. Balken officiating. Burial will be in Rienzi Cemetery.
Mr. Peisker was born in Germany in July, 1888, the son of Carl and Amelia
Breitzman Peisker. He married Ida Peterman April 26, 1911, in the city.
They had resided in Fond du Lac since that time. He had been employed for
the Fred Rueping Leather Co., retiring 15 years ago. He was a member of the
Gospel Tabernacle Church.
Survivors include two brothers, Eric Peisker, Route 3, and Richard Peisker,
Michigan City, Ind. He was preceded in death by his wife.
Friends may call after 4 p.m. today at the Candlish Chapel, until 113 a.m.
Saturday, when the body will be moved to the church and lie in state from
11:30 a.m. until the 2 p.m. funeral service

Mrs. David Carlson was the organist for the service and Mrs. Richard Balken
sang. Burial was in Rienzi Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Clarence Freiberg, William Rentmeester, Hugo Hintz, John
Zietz, Raymond Lindvall and Henry Schneider.
